Hello and Welcome to SAGE Mental Wellness Center, we're glad you're here.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor providing video therapy to clients located in Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee. I provide individual therapy, relationship therapy, sex therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I am not like many therapists you may encounter, I am sex-positive, inclusive, and non-judgmental, there is nothing you can say to me that will make me judge you negatively. If there is something about your history, family of origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, sexual desires, sexual practices or relationship style that you are afraid will not be accepted by a therapist then you have come to the right place. I created SAGE Mental Wellness Center to provide a safe space for all clients but especially those who may not be welcomed at other agencies. I have completed extensive training on sexual trauma, sex therapy, sexual health, sexuality, gender identities, sexual orientations, kink, and all non-monogamous relationship styles. I have also presented at conferences on sexual trauma, non-consensual sex, religion and sex, and LGBTQ+ clients in therapy.

I don’t practice from a pathological perspective which means that your actual diagnosis, if you have one, is less important to me than what you, the client, identify as your biggest issue or issues. I will also not blame your issues on your sexuality, gender, kinks, or relationship styles. Most often problems in any of those categories are not the client’s problems but someone other than the client has a problems with the client’s participation in any of those categories I do not practice from any singular theoretical orientation. Instead I utilize an integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapies, Trauma Informed therapy, Systems Theory, Existential Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I am not the type of therapist who just sits and listens to your problems without offering you any type of assistance. I am more of a directive therapist, my goal is to reduce or eliminate symptoms while teaching you skills that you can use in future situations. I will teach you a lot of skills with the hope that you will no longer need me. It is not my goal to keep you in therapy for the rest of your life. Not every treatment or coping skill will work for all people but I will work with you to find the techniques or skills that best fit you and your needs.

Hello and welcome!
I am an associate-level counselor providing video therapy to clients across Georgia. A proud Georgia native, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Mercer University in 2021 and my master’s degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Brenau University in 2023.
Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals across the lifespan, from toddlers to older adults, gaining valuable insights into the unique challenges and strengths of each stage of life. I take an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring treatment plans to fit each client’s individual needs. I firmly believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” in therapy—every person is unique, and the tools and techniques that work best will vary from one individual to another.
As a trauma-informed and inclusive therapist, I honor the profound impact that past experiences, sexuality, gender, race, and cultural identity can have on mental health. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where all aspects of who you are are respected and welcomed. I am deeply committed to LGBTQIA+ inclusivity, sex positivity, and racial and cultural sensitivity, ensuring my clients feel seen, valued, and supported no matter their identity or background.
I specialize in working with clients managing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges, among other concerns. Growth and self-discovery can be challenging, but taking the first step toward therapy is a courageous act, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate this journey.
I genuinely love what I do and am excited to collaborate with you as you work toward your goals. Let’s create a path that feels right for you.

Hello potential clients! I am a queer neurodivergent therapist and I am excited to meet you and work with you.

I was born in Shreveport, Louisiana. I attended Louisana Tech University where I earned my Bachelors in Psychology in 2016 and earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018. During that time I received a certification in The Dynamics of Family Violence.
I work from an person centered viewpoint that tailors the therapeutic experience to each individual client or issue. I have experience working across ages including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric inviduals. While I love working with people across all demographics I have found that adolescent clients who refuse to talk to most people really connect with me. I am always profoundly proud of a client when they feel comfortable enough to tell me what they have gone through or are going through. I am honored to be a part of their healing journey. I work from a trauma-informed perspective and I have experience working with survivors of religious trauma, sexual abuse and domestic violence. I'm adept in dealing with matters ranging from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, LGBTQIA+ issues, Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, and Family Conflict.
